30-day trial #2: daily meditation

For the next thirty days (4th February onwards), my primary commitment is to meditate for at least thirty minutes each day. I will also spend ten minutes every day compiling, re-compiling and organising a list of ideas for meditation.

As far as the secondary aims are concerned I intend to go easy on myself. If I don’t stick to my intentions this time around, I’ll try again! My hope is that my secondary aims will begin the formation of habits that might become subjects for further 30-day trials.

As I enjoyed my first 30-day trial so much, I’m thinking of completing ten 30-day trials throughout the year (with a few days gap between them to rest and consider the next one!).
